To protect consumers and businesses, listing verification is subject to manually reviewed proof. You must submit one of the following: Utah business entity ID, active municipal business license, utility bill matching the listing address, or confirmation sent via your official business domain email address (e.g. info@yourbusinessdomain.com).
- Claimed does not mean sponsored: Verification only validates listing accuracy and business identity. It does not inflate search positions.
- Verified means manually approved: All claim submissions require physical proof. We do not support auto-approval.
- Sponsored placements are labeled: Advertisers paying for featured placement slots are clearly demarcated under separate labels.

Is a paid tier required to edit basic details?
No. Basic factual edits (like addressing typos or removing closed listings) can be suggested for free. The $9/mo tier is required for direct owner dashboard access, galleries, and trust badges.
How long does claim validation take?
Our local team typically reviews licenses and documents within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an automated email notice once the badge status is updated.
Need correction or removal instead?
If you are looking to report an error or request the removal of a closed branch, please contact our support team. Correction request submissions do not require billing or accounts.
