Corrections Policy

1. Commitment to Accuracy

Greater Utah strives for 100% factual accuracy in business details, operating hours, addresses, phone numbers, and event schedules. When errors occur, we correct them promptly.

2. Correction Submission & 48-Hour SLA

Anyone may report an error or suggest a correction using the Suggest Correction button on any listing/event page or via our Contact Page. All factual correction requests are reviewed and processed within 48 business hours.

3. Business Closure & Removal

If a business has permanently closed, reports submitted via the Report Closed tool are verified against official state business registries or direct owner confirmation prior to updating the listing status.
