Corrections Policy

1. Commitment to Accuracy

Greater Utah strives for thorough factual accuracy in business details, operating hours, addresses, phone numbers, and event schedules. When errors occur, we correct them promptly.

2. Correction Submission & 48-Hour SLA

Anyone may report an error or suggest a correction using the Suggest Correction button on any listing/event page or via our Contact Page. All factual correction requests are reviewed and processed within 1 to 2 business days.

3. Business Closure & Removal

If a business has permanently closed, reports submitted via the Report Closed tool are reviewed against official state business registries (Information Checked) or confirmed directly with the authorized business representative (Owner Verified) prior to updating the listing status.
