3. User Submissions & Moderation

Users and business owners submitting listings, events, or corrections grant Greater Utah a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and format the submitted content. All submissions undergo human editorial review within 24–48 hours prior to publication.

4. Advertising & Paid Sponsorships

Featured placements and banner advertising are available on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Paid sponsorships guarantee designated visibility zones but do not influence editorial reviews, ratings, or organic directory ranking algorithms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Greater Utah compiles community guides, business listings, and event information in good faith from public records, official sources, and owner submissions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site availability or error-free listings. Users are encouraged to verify critical details (hours, event dates) directly with event organizers or official business channels.
